I liked having an air-conditioned villa here.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Seminyak, had much fun. The room was facing the garden. Only 20 min walk to downtown. It is reasonably priced.

Real good stay, as always. Extremely comfy bed in the suite, plus a safe box, a work desk, and satellite TV. Super-friendly staff and quick to respond. Location adjacent to a quieter alley, St & Beach, and many clubs and restaurants.

We enjoyed the excellent breakfast options and the helpful staff. The location was perfect for our city break, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the clean and spacious rooms.

Although the room had a cozy feel, we noticed some ants and caterpillars during our stay. The air conditioning also did not work properly at check-in and the smell in the room was unpleasant.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely pool and the beautiful room at Kubu Petitenget Suite. The property has a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is ideal, with various restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The strong wifi, good water pressure, and safety deposit box in the room provided convenience and peace of mind. The staff, although not perfect, made an effort to resolve any issues peacefully and were friendly overall.

We experienced amazing hospitality and excellent service from the staff. Our villa had its own private pool and kitchen area with utensils. The breakfast options were great and could be enjoyed in the dining area, pool, or bed according to preference. We also found the location to be quiet and calm.

The accommodation was clean and nicely furnished with modern touches. the location was great, as it was only about 200m from the main road, making it a quiet place to stay. - the swimming pool was nice and provided a relaxing retreat after a busy day out.

The staff weren't always present and attentive, which was a bit inconvenient at times. There was a leak in the corridor outside our room, and instead of finding a permanent solution, a bucket was placed to catch the dripping water, which wasn't very professional.

During my Christmas vacation, I enjoyed the 24-hour front desk service and the clean and comfortable room with a great balcony view overlooking the pool. the location was also a plus, as it was conveniently located within walking distance of various bars and restaurants.

The room had ants and the staff did not immediately offer us another room. the Wi-Fi connection was also poor and only available in certain areas, which was inconvenient.
